Award Winning Agency (“we”, “us”) sells digital products and related materials for India-based freelancers and agencies who want international / USD clients. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can reach us.

Information we collect
- Purchase details — name, email, phone (if provided), amount paid, and payment status when you buy DollarBridge or related offers. Card / UPI data is handled by Razorpay; we do not store full card numbers.
- Waitlist and form submissions — name, email, and any optional fields you submit (for example WhatsApp number).
- Support messages — emails or messages you send us, including refund requests and screenshots you attach.
- Technical data — basic server / hosting logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) from our host and similar infrastructure.
- Analytics / ads pixels — if we enable Meta, Google, or similar pixels, they may collect device and usage data under their own policies. We will only turn these on where needed for marketing measurement.
How we use information
- Deliver your purchase (thank-you page, Notion access instructions, emails)
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Handle refunds under our 7-day money-back policy
- Answer support questions
- Send waitlist / product updates you signed up for
- Improve the site and understand which pages convert (aggregate or anonymised where practical)
We do not sell your personal information.
Payment processors
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Their handling of payment data is governed by Razorpay’s privacy policy and terms. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the customer contact details needed for delivery.
Product delivery (Notion)
DollarBridge is delivered as a Notion workspace you duplicate into your own Notion account. Notion’s privacy policy applies to your Notion account. We do not need access to your private Notion workspace after you duplicate.
Emails and messaging
Transactional emails (purchase confirmation, access help, refunds) may be sent from rohir@thirdeyegoa.com. Marketing or waitlist emails are only sent if you joined a list or bought a product; you can unsubscribe where that option is offered, or email us to be removed.
Legal bases / why we process (India)
We process personal data to perform a contract with you (delivering a purchase), to comply with legal / tax obligations, and for legitimate interests such as security, support, and improving our products — in line with applicable Indian law including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 where it applies.
How long we keep data
- Purchase and invoice-related records: kept as needed for accounting, tax, and refund windows (typically several years).
- Waitlist contacts: until you ask to be removed, or the list is retired.
- Support emails: kept as long as useful to resolve your request and for a reasonable follow-up period.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run the business (hosting, payment, email, form tools), and only as needed for those purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Your choices
- Email us to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, subject to legal retention needs.
- Ask to be removed from waitlist / marketing lists.
- For refunds, email rohir@thirdeyegoa.com with subject REFUND within 7 days of purchase.
Children
DollarBridge is aimed at adults running or starting a service business. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised policy.
